* TEA TREE, one of nature's most powerful antibacterial. Originally from faraway Australia, it seems that it reached Europe through James Cook, who on one of his voyages saw how the aborigines used the leaves of this amazing tree to make infusions. When the common tea was lacking on board the ship, they began to make infusions with the leaves of the tea tree. Its anti-infective power is so strong that its essential oil was included in the first-aid kits of Australian soldiers during the Second World War. Excellent fungicide, antiviral and immune system stimulant, make this plant a wonderful ally against all types of infections.
